Nolton Africa
I am Sarah Solomon-Eseh, a Social Impact Consultant, Trade Facilitation Analyst, and Founder of Nolton Africa, a strategy consulting firm helping social ventures, foundations, and development organizations build sustainable impact models that work for Africa. Over the past few years, I’ve worked at the intersection of development, sustainability, and business strategy, designing and implementing initiatives that help organizations move from grants to growth. My background includes leading multi-million-dollar donor-funded programs focused on competitiveness, value chain development, and inclusive growth across West Africa. Through Nolton, I’ve supported high-net-worth individuals, NGOs, and businesses to design strategy blueprints, establish foundations, build sustainability systems, and implement social programs that create measurable results. My passion is simple: to make social good sustainable.
I believe the next chapter of Africa’s development will not be powered by aid, but by local innovation, smart financing, and business models that merge profit and purpose. That belief drives every project I lead, whether I’m designing a sustainability roadmap for a foundation, facilitating a grant-to-revenue clinic for social ventures, or building a community of entrepreneurs creating impact in their own corners of the continent. Mission
My mission is to empower African changemakers and organizations to design sustainable, scalable solutions to social challenges by combining strategy, systems thinking, and financial intelligence. I want to help transform how impact work is done in Africa: from charity-based models to enterprises that generate both income and impact. Vision
My vision is an Africa where social innovation is a thriving industry; where purpose-driven ventures are profitable, foundations are strategic, and development programs deliver long-term transformation. I see Nolton Africa becoming the continent’s leading strategy house for sustainable impact, equipping thousands of organizations with the tools, frameworks, and systems to build solutions that last. Through initiatives like our Grant-to-Revenue Clinic and Impact Builder Community, I’m building an ecosystem where founders, funders, and social innovators can learn, collaborate, and create models that work. My broader goal is to help shape the future of Africa’s development narrative, one that celebrates accountability, sustainability, and African-led solutions. At my core, I am driven by the belief that impact should outlive its funding.
And I’m committed to equipping the people and organizations shaping Africa’s future with the capacity to make that happen.
