Open Inclusion

It can be exhausting leading social change. It can also be incredible. It is needed - as where we are as a society feels like it is in an in-between moment of flex. More than ever we need positive strategic direction, change leadership and doership. We know the old society we had isn't working for us with behaviours, social structures and systems that are past their use-by date. Yet we haven't yet collectively worked out and embedded the behaviours, systems and structures that we need and that will provide a fairer and more sustainable society. I'm looking for better ways to work in and lead social change, in my case in the area of disability inclusion. This includes better ways to more deeply understand, prioritise, act and collaborate with others addressing similar or the same challenges. I'd also like to support others as it is only together that we can get to a new set of behaviours, norms, structures and systems that will work more fairly and sustainably. Also, I'm happy to share lessons I've learned the hard way on the way and save others from repeating them!
