Ultimately, we are not only unleashing the potential of Africa’s MSMEs—which represent over 90% of businesses, contribute 63% of employment, and account for 50% of the continent’s GDP—but also harnessing the transformative opportunities of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA)—a market of 1.4 billion consumers across 54 African nations valued at US$3.4 trillion.
