Parity Lab

Parity Lab is a first-of-its-kind capacity-building fellowship for survivors leading community-driven solutions to end violence against women and girls. We identify women leaders from marginalized rural communities with an extensive track record and vision for fostering change to prevent or respond to gender-based violence. Through the fellowship, we empower women leaders to champion gender equality in their communities and create sustainable change by uprooting violence from its roots.
