Plastycor

Plastycor is a social enterprise working in the protection of the environment through the management of plastic waste. We work in awareness-raising, training, upcycling (recycling) and selective collection of plastic waste. Nicole Menemene is the founder of Plastycor. She is also co-founder of the Tilatopia project, a project to build an island on Lake Kivu placed on more than 1 million plastic bottles. She is involved in other waste management initiatives such as Mariposa Fashion, a textile waste recovery project.
