After Public Allies Delaware (2009-2011), I decided to open my own business using the assets that I acquired throughout the years. I am very familiar with strategic planning, financial management and managing various high level individuals such as Executive Directors, Deputy Directors, and elected officials. My success as a small business owner is contributed to my personal characteristics which include initiative, strong decision-making and problem solving skills, a positive attitude, a relationship builder and high level of integrity and energy. In August 2013, graduated from School for International Training, World Learning in Washington, DC with my Masters of Arts in Sustainable Development/International Policy and Management. During my year program from January 2013-April 2013 for our practicum phase, I interned at Self-Employed Women’s Association (SEWA) in Ahmedabad, India. I am also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Delaware Horn Entrepreneurship teaching Intro to Social Entrepreneurship.
