Parag is a Director and Co-Founder of RealLives Foundation, a non-profit organization that leverages the power of RealLives Simulation, a cutting-edge virtual experience that fosters empathy, cultural awareness, and global citizenship. With over 16 years of experience in developing and scaling up RealLives Simulation, Parag has established himself as a leading EdTech entrepreneur and social innovator, who has received global recognition as an Ashoka Fellow and a Salzburg Seminar Fellow. Parag's mission is to use software technology and gamification to enhance socio-emotional skills and leadership abilities in young and youth. He combines his expertise in medicine, public health, and anthropology to address health and other social challenges such as disaster management, climate change, livelihoods, and bio-diversity. He has also worked in understanding terrorism both in India and Afghanistan. Parag is passionate about promoting global empathy, pluralism, cross-cultural understanding, peacebuilding, and 21st-century skills through RealLives Simulation.
