Sawa Organization

Sawa is a leading in combating domestic violence practiced against women, children and other marginalized societal groups in Palestine. The organization was established in 1998 by the modest initiatives of a small group of Palestinian female volunteers who began to serve the Palestinian community by working toward the elimination of the enduring phenomenon of domestic violence through service provision, awareness raising, and capacity building.
