We are a group of businesses focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, and impact. Semente Aceleradora develops incubation and acceleration programs for startups and impact businesses. Innoway by Semente is a corporate innovation consultancy based on data intelligence, and has initiated projects aimed at creating ESG strategies. Instituto Cória is a non-profit civil society organization that develops inclusive entrepreneurship programs, working with peripheral communities in urban centers. With the purpose of promoting prosperity through Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Semente has worked in more than 26 Brazilian states, 8 Latin American countries, and the USA. We have directly trained over 30,000 entrepreneurs, supported more than 5,000 innovative organizations (startups, impact businesses, companies, and others), and trained more than 500 multipliers in methodologies developed by us, both for clients and our own, such as the "Territorial Development" methodology, focused on the development of territories and communities; the "Entrepreneur's Path" methodology, focused on innovative entrepreneurs; and the "Corporate-Up" methodology, which helps large organizations innovate in their products and processes, fostering a culture of intrapreneurship.
