Smart-Fit Trybe

Smart-Fit Trybe (SFT) is a women-centered mental health and wellness platform that blends community, culture, and technology to provide safe, affordable, and sustainable support. We started as a small WhatsApp community in Calabar and have now grown into a hybrid model across multiple cities and countries. SFT offers sister circles, peer-led support (Life Sherpas), anonymous safe spaces, wellness tools, and in-person/virtual events. We are now building a web app, our MVP that digitizes these proven structures and integrates AI to personalize care, scale impact, and keep it culturally relevant. Our mission is to help women move from survival to wholeness by transforming lived experience into healing, community, and economic opportunity.
