Sukaar Welfare Organization is a non-government, non-profitable Community development organization has been working in Sindh Province established by group of young community development professionals, human rights activists, researchers, and concerned citizens, to supports sustainable development for neglected society in order to reduce poverty and to contribute to a more secure, equitable and prosperous society. Development is a complex, long-terms process that involves all of the world's people, governments and organizations at all levels. A fundamental challenge facing every society is to create political, economic and social systems that promote peace, human welfare and the sustainability of the environment, on which life depend. Organization aims to empower women & Youth by giving them knowledge, awareness and skills so that they can live in society with prosperity, dignity and honor. SWO has experienced an exponential growth in service delivery capacity and effectiveness, with various successful projects geared towards alleviating Advocacy, Gender empowerment, health, education, water & sanitation inaccessibility, the spread and impact of poverty & illiteracy problems among the Poor and Marginalized grassroots communities. SWO is a hub for grassroots empowerment and community based development initiatives. The interventions of SWO serve the grassroots communities regardless of creed, nationality, ethnicity, race, political beliefs and gender or social status. The organization strictly follows the principles of solidarity, dignity, transparency and most importantly serving the marginalized in a very effective and efficient way. The SWO aims to bring together the local community with their issues and the development agencies with their resource to confront ignorance, diseases, poor agriculture & livestock husbandry, environmental degradation and the resultant poverty and backwardness. Vision “To create a dynamic, self-reliant, and self-aware society that support underprivileged communities and stakeholders to work independently as well as collectively for the prosperity of human being.” Mission “To empower the deprived fragments of society by enhancing their skills and knowledge in education, health, agriculture and socio-economic solutions.” Goal Organization overall goal is to ensure that citizens and civil society organization are well-equipped to contribute and influence policy making and implementation process for the benefits of poor and vulnerable people
