Sustainable Pathways Nigeria is a youth-focused social enterprise, committed to bringing about positive impacts and equipping youths that will transform the continent of Africa; Through our Three pillars of Economic Empowerment and Entrepreneurship, Education and vocational skills training, Leadership development and Governance. We empower young people to become self-sustaining, employable, and influential leaders. We're committed to adopting feminist leadership principles, ensuring inclusivity, gender equity, and empowerment. MISSION To empower and create opportunities for marginalized youths through vocational skills training, education, and capacity enhancement. VISION l To create a sustainable future by equipping individuals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to thrive. THEMATIC AREA OF FOCUS -Education & Vocational Skills Training -Governance & Leadership Development -Economic Empowerment & Entrepreneurship Our programs are designed to cultivate a new generation of entrepreneurs and mentally resourceful youths who actively contribute to the continent's development, in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). SDG 4: Quality Education Our Education and vocational skills development initiative aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. By focusing on education and vocational skills training, Sustainable Pathways Nigeria will empower youths and provide them with the necessary knowledge and competencies to thrive and self sustain. SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth Our Economic empowerment and entrepreneurship area of focus will be promoting inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, through education, vocational skills development, and entrepreneurship, we will be fostering innovation, and creating more job opportunities. SDG 16 : Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions Our Leadership Development and Governance area of focus seeks to nurture youth leadership for peaceful and inclusive societies through empowerment, workshops, and civic engagement, driving positive change and accountable governance.
