The Esimaje Michael Foundation (TEM Foundation)

The Esimaje Michael Foundation (TEMF) is a nonprofit organization combining evidence based libertarian strategies to bridge the gaps in Green Energy Development, Skill Development, Climate change, SRHR, employability and peace building. Since our inception over 5 years ago, TEMF has been empowering youths and students through leadership training, Business-entrepreneurship engagement, upskilling and generating innovative policy recommendations on issues critical to economic growth and democratic consolidation. Our work in these areas has revealed a gaping hole in the fabrics of the nation especially in the areas of unemployment, climate injustice, skill mismatch amongst the growing population just to mention a few. TEMF has a special focus on the role of MSME business and free markets in peace building, economic revitalization and international development. Vision: Help create a world in which Africans will thrive in prosperity and economic leap through sustainable policy development and humanitarian actions. Mission: The mission of The Esimaje Michael Foundation is to advance humanitarian actions, growth and economic prosperity through Skill Development training, Digital Mentorship, advocacy, dialogue and discussion about idea of Livelihood Development, freedom, and objectivity.
