The Imago Dei Fund (IDF)
Motivated by our faith and commitment to the inherent dignity of all people, IDF's mission is to co-create a more just, free and sustainable world in which all human beings can thrive and flourish together. IDF invests particularly in visionary and impactful leaders and organizations working to advance gender equality and girls and women's rights and well-being in a world marked by mutuality and interdependence. As such, the primary system change focus for IDF is the transformation of deep-seated gender norms that oppress and limit the life chances of girls and women across a range of sectors and contexts globally. The work supported by IDF is often (though not exclusively) with faith-based and faith-inspired actors, contributing to their efforts to change long-standing patriarchal norms - at institutional, community and societal levels - that have been justified for far too long by religious leaders.
