As an Economic Strengthener and Mentor Coordinator at the Tulonga Foundation, her commitment to fostering positive change is evident. She is a driving force within NAYoRE (Namibian Youth on Renewable Energy), contributing to the advancement of youth participation in the energy sector, and she fights against climate change through her work on renewable energy initiatives. Victoria's impact isn't limited to these spheres. She is a valuable member of the Executive team for PACJA Namibia and LCOY Namibia, and her contributions extend to the Southern African RCOY. Additionally, her affiliations include the Namibian Youth on Biodiversity, Young Achievers Namibia, and SADC Women in Climate Action. Her commitment to social progress is exemplified by her involvement in the Big Income Grant (BIG) Namibia movement, and her extensive five-year experience in economic and social development work. This encompasses environmental efforts within various NGOs, focusing on youth, women, individuals with disabilities, and those from marginalized backgrounds. As a certified youth activist with qualifications in Civic Leadership, Mentorship, Counseling, IT Support, and Environmental Health and Safety, Victoria's multi-faceted skills enable her to excel in diverse roles. Her mentorship, climate advocacy, and economic development proficiency have made her a prominent figure across various platforms. Victoria , as she is affectionately known, continues to be an inspiration to those around her, driving impactful change with unwavering dedication.
