UNGWA Africa is a social enterprise that co-creates meaningful impact using leadership, mentorship and lifeship initiatives, with focus on women and youth. We prioritize 'soft skills' amidst the 4IR exodus and the Great Resignation. We believe that capacity-building of human capital required to implement transformation and meet the SDG's starts with individuals. Prosperity creating and systemic inequality addressing leaders are a result of adequate capacitation and a sense of urgency to execute and yield fruit. Key SDG's: 1,4,5,8, and 17.
