I am a passionate intersectional social entrepreneur, committed to shaping a future that places people and the planet at the centre of all decisions. As a keen advocate for systemic and sustainable impact in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, I wish to join Catalyst2030 in fostering a world that honours and respects diverse ways of life. I strive to represent and bridge gaps in multiple communities through intersectionality. As the founder of Voicing Voices, an intersectionality start-up, I fully understand the power of co-creation and the necessity of acknowledging our biases. I'm eager to bring my experience to Catalyst2030 to break down silos and inspire the design and development of innovative solutions. Leadership, to me, is about collective impact and shared ownership. I am dedicated to crafting strategies that reflect this belief and address the multifaceted challenges we face. With a collaborative approach, we can co-create an equitable future, anchored in shared norms and mutual respect. In line with Catalyst2030's value, I recognise the audacity of our goals and the humility it requires to achieve them. I am aware that none of us can craft the path towards these goals alone, and am eager to collaborate and contribute to the collective wisdom of the Catalyst2030 community.
