As some, such as Catalyst 2030 (the new grouping of major social entrepreneurial organizations collaborating on the SDGs, such as Skoll, Schwab and Ashoka) are pointing out, there urgently needs to be a systems change in the manner with which knowledge silos by individual social entrepreneurial ventures operate.
More pertinently, this must include far greater collaboration if the SDGs are to be achieved. For this to happen, however, there must be a complete reframing of the way incentives are handled with a focus on social entrepreneurs, societies and other stakeholders, including banks and private corporations, working together more closely.
