The Catalyst 2030 Awards highlight the work of our allies in the funding, business and public sectors. They’re helping us build an ecosystem that champions community-based social innovation, and they are accelerating systems change by driving support directly to community-led solutions.
At Catalyst 2030, our mission is to create an ecosystem that places communities at the forefront of driving systems change. We firmly believe that the most effective and appropriate solutions are those developed and driven by community members themselves. Being deeply rooted in local communities means that they understand local needs, as well as their cultural, social, economic and political constraints. This paves the way for tailor-made solutions that will help create a more resilient and sustainable future. The Awards are a critical part of Catalyst 2030’s drive to build the ecosystem that supports community-led, community-based social innovation.
Our allies share our commitment to this bottom-up approach. They are playing a crucial role in changing the global approach to funding to ensure that it supports community initiatives and the work of local social innovators.
