Bew ways to collaborate and sustain the connections with people sharing the same value, vision and mission. I'm seeking innovative ways to learn and implement systems thinking and systems change.

While I can't take credit for it, I am an innate systems thinker. As such, I typically see things from a perspective that is more organic than linear. I'm now much more comfortable sharing that perspective, in addition to more creative solutions and approaches.

Learning, collaborations for funding and access to resources and expertise

I want to learn about achieving the SDGs and how to engage my students in learning and working towards their achievement. In the end, I want to find my way to contribute to social and environmental justice.

Many, but key motivation is to be part of a network of like minded peers collectively advocating for the wellbeing of our community.

With Metamorphany Changemakers our purpose is to catalyse and cultivate holistic well-being for people and planet. I believe that this is only possible when we ensure the realisation of the SDGs, all of them holistically. It is not only my professional calling, but a highly personal one. I have worked in different fields, from human rights and humanitarian work in the field in post-conflict countries and disaster response areas, to innovation and coaching related work in the boardrooms of corporations, I have lived and worked in more than ten countries across all continents and have seen the unfortunate ripples of the systems we have created as humans, from immense poverty and inequity to tortured human rights activists and the death and despair after natural disasters. I not only believe we can do better, i know we can. And I know that I have to take the responsibility to share and activate my skills and whole self to help myself and others create a better world, one we all want to live in. Our family is one with a mix of cultures and backgrounds, from the Netherlands where I was born and raised to the Philippines where my wife was born and raised, to the commonwealth influences of Australia and Canada where our three children spent their primary years. Our children and the image of their children and all youth and future generations are my personal driver that makes me get up every morning, at all cost, even though it is sometimes hard knowing that I'd be able to earn ten times more if I'd go back to the corporate world. I genuinely believe that humans as a species are good, and that, together, we will find our way. Like Mark Twain said "Kindness is a language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see.". As an innovation coach trained in mindfulness, happiness and well-being, I feel priviliged to be part of the large community of Catalyst working with all of you to co-create a better world. Collaboration

I wanted to be part of a global movement for change on the SDGs; I wanted to be with people who understood our work; I wanted to learn about how large scale networks are facilitated

I would like to develop a collaborative focusing on linking public health and social innovation, starting in Canada. I believe that all educational institution with public health programs must incorporate mandatory social entrepreneurship courses.

Helping to foster the collaboration that lead to a real transition towards a sustainable social economical future.

I will offer my expertise in team development (i.e., team cohesion, communication, and collaboration, etc.) to empower social entrepreneurs and civil society organizations within Catalyst 2030. By equipping teams with the skills and tools to thrive I believe we can amplify their impact on achieving the SDGs. I seek connecting with like-minded individuals committed to social change. This is an opportunity to collaborate, generate innovative ideas, and gain new insights to enrich my work.

Networking, Ideas, Education, tools, forum for best practices

Pushing forward the logic of connection and breaking down silos, we hope that our modest contribution to the network would be around the example sharing and tangible examples of projects and challenges that we could share with the community. Our desire and hope is also to learn from other inspiring organisations working in the same fields and gather some advice or support.

I was recommended to join this program by another member, as my work is aligned with using social innovation to improve health and the SDGs.

Learn from others; have impact

We contribute to local, organic food production and eco-friendly agriculture. We aim for networking and social awareness about our activities.

Case studies: Provide real-world examples of successful interventions that align with SDG 3 and other related goals. Present JHI's work on developing tailored treatment protocols and diverse medication formulations as examples of innovative approaches to healthcare. Willingness to make a change

As a South Asian woman and defiant feminist, I aspire to integrate my personal politics in my work. I believe in institutional change instigated by advocacy and shift in public policy influenced by movement building and community-led effort. It’s my conviction that aid provided in the form of skill can be of crucial service which is my primary motivation behind being a Catalyst and I bring my feminist fundraising and participatory grant-making skills to the community.

Further SDG implementation in Canada

We bring apicultural expertise across a wide array of geographies to the table, and hope to contribute a systems-level approach to climate adaptation. We would be honoured to share our experience and insights regarding agricultural innovation with others. From the community, we are looking for scaling partners and funding avenues that will help us to deploy in the regions most threatened by flooding. We hope to collaborate with other initiatives that share overlap with our mission.

The Sunday Basil Agba Legacy Foundation is motivated to join Catalyst 2030 in order to contribute to and benefit from the innovative environment fostered by this movement. My social enterprise focuses on creating inclusive, safe spaces for brave conversations as we build long term, sustainable cultures of positive peace and a world leaving no one behind. Working hand in hand with my NFP, Learn Peace Canada, we work with key stakeholders and use education as our most transformational tool for change; peace education for a better tomorrow invests not only in our young leaders but also in OUR future. Our mission is to develop ideas for a better world. This is achieved by partnering broadly with complementary organizations.

To attend events related to social entrepreneurship and innovation, disseminate my research findings on social entrepreneurship for practice, and expand my network to conduct further research.

As the founder of The Nonprofit Hive, I believe deeply in the power of connection and shared knowledge to drive systemic change. I hope to contribute to the Catalyst 2030 movement by bringing a strong focus on community-driven solutions, peer-to-peer learning, and collaborative problem-solving.

I have been able to create a lot of social and environmental impact as well as financial value with my investments over the last 7 years. I want to now scale that.

I feel inspired to engage with like-minded individuals who share a similar passion and want to support each other. I would love to have a community to bounce ideas off of and maintain a sense of community when tackling these complex issues.

I believe in achieving the goals and we need to collaborate to share information, strategy's and become united.

Opportunities to learn form other similar organizations. For instance, Indigenous people in Canada find it difficult to access training in communities that is culturally sensitive and addresses local socioeconomic needs (housing, food security, health, finance, etc). There is a need for sustainable support that is innovative and stimulates a circular economy. Ex: short term funding & policies that don't support autonomy.

My motivation for joining the Catalyst 2030 community is based on my desire to contribute to concrete and sustainable solutions for global challenges. As a member of this community, I will be able to collaborate with other engaged actors, share my knowledge and experiences, and learn from best practices to have a significant positive impact. I am convinced that Catalyst 2030 is an ideal space to develop innovative partnerships and work together to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.

I hope to contribute by sharing insights from building my values-driven startup Ecryate at the intersection of art, circular economy, education and social impact. I bring experience in human resources/recruitment, DEI, education, nonprofit, organizational coaching and social innovation strategy from anthropology. For Ecryate: learning from peers who are prototyping alternatives to extractive systems and receiving feedback. For me, I hope to receive mentorship, honest dialogue, and solidarity.

We are joining Catalyst Now to collaborate with values-aligned peers and co-create solutions within the impact sector. We’ll contribute our storytelling, program design and fundraising frameworks (community-centric, play-based, and evidence-driven); and our diverse perspectives, having lived and worked in hard contexts.
