We will present our insights and learnings from our work with the AfriConEU project aims to support African Digital Innovation Hubs and connect them with their counterparts in Europe for capacity building, knowledge sharing, networking and collaboration.
Since 2021 we have engaged with hundreds of DIH leaders across Europe and Africa and will share an overview of our findings about:
– The digital innovation landscape in Africa specifically Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda and Tanzania
– The challenges and needs of DIHs in Africa as catalysts for the digital transformation on the continent.
– The opportunities and challenges for trans-continental innovation partnerships between Europe and Africa.
